This is our 4th generation rotated rear mount. These are designed to help eliminate wheel hop by rotating the engine and transmission to align your axles correctly. We make these in house from 6061 aluminum and install a solid rubber bushing. This bushing isn't as stiff as poly, this keeps the vibrations low while still reducing wheel hop.
Weight Difference: Stock 2.25 lbs, OTTP 1.7 lbs.
Vehicle Fitment: Ion 04+, Cobalt 05+, HHR 06+
Torque Specs: Mount though bolt 66 ft lbs, mount to cradle 42 ft lbs.

Does what it needs
Definitely fixed my axle angle issue, not completely there is still some rake but that could be user error, but it most certainly sits inside the intermediate shaft a lot farther and tighter.

Best of the Best!!
I replaced my worn out stock mount with this 5 years ago, along with the front transmission mount. It has held up to all the abuse I can throw at the car. Between this and the front mount wheel hop is almost non existent. Same great quality as all of OTTP's other products I have. Thank you for
