Description
All of our clutches include the hydraulic slave cylinder, alignment tool, and grease for your input shaft splines.
Stage 3
features a high-performance full faced ceramic lining that will allow handle more power but won't engage as harshly as a puck style clutch. These have a heavy duty pressure plate with a 1700lb clamp load and will have a stiffer than stock pedal. Approx 400 ft lb capacity.
Stage 4
features a high-performance sprung hub six puck ceramic disc that will have a quick engagement and tons of holding power. These have a heavy duty pressure plate with a 1700lb clamp load and will have a stiffer than stock pedal. The puck style of this clutch will have a harsher engagement than a full faced clutch. Approx 450 ft lb capacity.
Fitment:
2004-2007 Ion 2.2L and 2.4L, 2005-2010 Cobalt 2.2L and 2.4L, HHR 2.2L and 2.4L
Warranty:
12 months/12,000 miles for manufacturers defects of the friction disc and pressure plate.
Abuse and improper install are not warrantied.
Slave cylinders are not warrantied.
Break in period is 500 miles for all clutches except for kevlar which requires 800 miles. During break in you should avoid WOT and drive the vehicle as you normally would in a city. Highway driving does not break in the clutch like city driving because you are not shifting as often.
These clutches have been designed to use the supplied slave cylinder. Use of a slave cylinder other than we include voids your clutch warranty. Always measure your air gap to be 100% sure it is correct.
