When you lower your car the whole wheel assembly moves up into the wheel well. This raises the outer tie rod ends and causes unwanted bump steer. The solution is to install these spacers that are cnc machined from 6061 aluminum, they work by raising the steering rack back up to the same height as the outer tierod ends.
